By using a Corner Apps Company app, you consent to our processing of your information in the ways set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our apps or services.

In certain cases, for example if precise geolocation data is processed by a particular app feature, the app will prompt you to give additional consent. You can choose not to give that consent and may still be able to use other parts of the app. This Privacy Policy may change, so you should review it regularly. We will notify you of material changes through the relevant app, website, or another reasonable method.

2. Data We Collect

When you use a Corner Apps Company app, we may collect data, including information that directly or indirectly identifies you. Your information may be kept in an identifiable format or in an aggregated format that does not reasonably identify you.

  • If you link an app to a social network or public forum account, we may receive information you permit that provider to share with us. Please review that provider's privacy policy to understand its practices.
  • We automatically collect certain information from your device when you use our apps, including device, carrier, app version, operating system, and other technical data.

3. Online Tracking and Opt-Out

We are committed to giving you meaningful choices about information collected through our apps for analytics, advertising, and third-party purposes. You may limit certain app identifiers by changing your device settings. On iOS and iPadOS, you can manage tracking permissions and personalized advertising from Settings.

You may also review opt-out resources from participating third parties, including the NAI Consumer Opt-Out, DAA opt-out, and Google ad settings. These opt-outs apply only to participating third parties. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals because the internet industry has not adopted a single Do Not Track standard.

5. Cross-App Advertising and Interest-Based Advertising Technologies

We may work with third parties to deliver ads, content, offers, analytics, or related services. These third parties may use mobile software development kits ("SDKs") or similar technologies to collect information associated with your device and app usage. This information may be used to show advertising through mobile applications and browsers.

You can opt out of interest-based cross-app tracking through your device settings. On Apple devices, you can manage tracking permissions for each app and limit personalized advertising in iOS or iPadOS Settings. If you opt out, you may still receive advertising, but it may be based on contextual app usage, general location inferred from IP address, or other non-personalized signals.

We do not share your information with others except as described below:

  • We may share information with authorized service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as customer support, analytics, hosting, app functionality, marketing assistance, surveys, promotions, diagnostics, and business analysis.

7. Cookies, Identifiers, and Data Analysis

We may use analytics services such as Firebase or similar tools to analyze information gathered through our apps. App identifiers and other information may be provided to analytics providers to help us understand app performance, crashes, usage, and feature quality. Information provided to those providers is subject to their privacy policies, including Google's privacy policy where Google services are used.

Separately from our apps, our website may use cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, browser, or device. 8. Face Data Information We Collect

Our current published app pages are for coming-soon apps and do not describe any active face data collection. If a future Corner Apps Company app includes facial recognition, face filters, image analysis, or similar AI features, the app may process images or videos for facial recognition, object detection, filters, or personalized effects only as described in that app and this Privacy Policy.

9. Face Data Collection and Use

If an app includes face-related features, it may process facial images or facial recognition templates for specific features such as unlocking content, applying filters, or personalized effects. Unless a particular app clearly states otherwise, face data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our external servers.

Face data, if used, is used solely for the feature you choose to use, such as real-time filters, personalized image or video enhancements, or local recommendations based on facial attributes.

10. Face Data Storage and Retention

Unless a specific app notice states otherwise, face data is processed in real time and is not stored by us. If you choose to save images, videos, or processed content, that content is stored locally on your device or in a location you choose, and remains under your control. You may delete saved content at any time through the app, device storage, or device settings.

11. Face Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell face data. Unless a specific app notice states otherwise, we do not share, transfer, or transmit face data to third parties. If any future app requires a cloud or third-party service for a face-related feature, that app will disclose the processing before the feature is used.

We take appropriate security measures to protect locally stored data where our apps control that storage. Because local AI processing occurs on your device, you are also responsible for protecting your device through passcodes, biometrics, encryption, and other device-level security controls.

You have control over locally stored content and may delete it through the app or your device settings where available. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you.

14. How We Protect Your Information

The security and confidentiality of your information is important to us. We take appropriate physical, electronic, procedural, technical, and organizational measures to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No security measure is perfect or impenetrable.

15. Information Relating to Children

Some Corner Apps Company apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, or knowingly allow third parties to collect, information from persons under 13. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

16. Where We Store Your Information

Information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your country or region, including outside the European Economic Area. It may be processed by service providers appointed by us and their staff. Data transferred will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

To uninstall and remove Corner Apps Company apps, use the application manager provided with your device or consult your device manual. 20. EU Consent Policy and Personalized Experience

Depending on your privacy settings and location, our partners may collect and process personal data such as device identifiers, language, location data, demographic data, interest data, and usage data to provide analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, personalization, and app functionality. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before this processing occurs.

You may withdraw consent by changing the relevant privacy, tracking, advertising, notification, or location settings on your device.
